What happens to your answers

This policy explains what Mack Avenue Legal Clinic collects through this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you take the eligibility check or send a message, we receive what you type: your name, contact details and your answers. We also keep basic visit logs, like pages viewed, to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your answers to decide whether we can help and to contact you. We never contact your employer without your permission, and we don’t sell or share your information for marketing.

Funders

Some grants ask us to report how many people we help. Those reports use totals, never names.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent by emailing help@mackavenuelegal.org.
